Post-incident: the 29 June eu-west region fault took replay volumes
read-only on four match servers for ~45 minutes. Matches in progress completed;
replays queued and uploaded on recovery. No match results were lost.
Recovery ran the standard pool runbook — id-service to re-register
node identity, disk-recover to drain and verify the replay volume, then
server-init to rejoin matchmaking. Both
read the job id from the node's recovery state file, so a partial recovery cannot be
applied twice.
Runbooks now ship on the node itself rather than the ops wiki.
